It’s been a year of growth and development for one of the Midlands brightest creative design and marketing agencies, which capped off over 15 years of expansion with the successful opening of a Lincoln branch.

RizkMcCay has been growing its client base through word of mouth referral and recommendation as well as becoming involved in sponsorship of events such as: MIPIM, the East Midlands Bricks Awards and the East Midlands Property Dinner; to name but a few.

John McCay and Nadia Rizk founded the firm in 2002, and following an introduction, via a mutual client, to Helen Andrews, whose expertise is in marketing, a strong partnership was forged that has seen the firm grow into a 15-strong team of design and marketing experts.

Creating innovative brand solutions for SMEs, Blue chip companies and local authorities throughout the Midlands region, the journey to the firm’s success has been through the “nurturing of long-lasting relationships with our clients, earning a level of trust that means we can work in an effective way that’s enjoyable for everyone involved” explains John.

With offices already in Nottingham, opening a Lincoln City office was a logical step in the company’s progression, especially as the firm has built up a portfolio of Lincoln based clients and regularly acts as an advocate and ambassador for the region.

As John explains: “A major influence in our decision is being part of Dynamic Lincoln. A successful organisation that brings together the next generation of property and construction experts, which enabled us to make great connections and develop the potential of the area.

“We have been progressing our presence in the county, and with the positive feedback from our Lincolnshire clients, the timing was right to open a Lincoln branch.”

John adds: “We always stress to clients that creating a brand is only half the task, it’s how a company lives, breathes and believes in their brand that completes the picture. We’re no exception to that rule as we’ve built our business on the attributes of: ‘Listen, Think, Create and Deliver’.”
