Stonebaked Pizza Co is set to open its doors at intu Victoria Centre today.
The restaurant will join Joe’s Kitchen, Ed’s Easy Diner, Thaikhun, Tortilla, Handmade Burger Co and Coast 2 Coast at the centre’s new Clocktower dining area, which opened in October last year as part of £40m remodelling works.
Ian Morgan, managing director at Stonebaked Pizza Co, said: “We are really excited to be opening our second restaurant here in Nottingham at Clocktower dining at intu Victoria Centre and can’t wait for people to try our lighter than air crust, chef-driven recipes.
“We are driven to providing the very best, premium quality, custom built artisan pizza at an affordable price served with a ‘say yes’ philosophy and a big smile in cool, casual surroundings – the people of Nottingham are going to love it.”
Nigel Wheatley, general manager at intu Victoria Centre, said: “Stonebaked Pizza Co will be the seventh restaurant to open at Clocktower dining since its launch last year and we are really looking forward to welcoming them to the centre.
“It is bringing something different to the centre and yet another new name to Nottingham, which will complement the other eateries that are here already. We’re sure that it will be very well received by our customers”.
