A Nottingham clinic is set to expand to new premises in the city centre following a deal brokered by commercial property specialists NG Chartered Surveyors.
Lace Market Clinic, a musculoskeletal therapy specialist, has moved from its previous premises on Stoney Street to the fully-refurbished ground floor of the historic No.7 Russell Place, just off Talbot Street, as demand for its services increases.
The clinic is run by Adam Richmond, an independent osteopathy, sports massage and acupuncture specialist. Adam has over 15 years experience in physical therapy.
Adam said: “I’m very excited by the move. It’s a much nicer place for my clients to visit and provides a fabulous space to me to bring in and nurture fresh talent in the future. It feels like Lace Market Clinic has officially grown up!'”
Sunny Landa, director at NG Chartered Surveyors, who completed the deal on behalf of the landlords of No. 7 Russell Place, said: “This might be a relatively small deal compared to others NG works on, but it’s just as important.
“Adam provides a vital service to his patients, and he can now do that from the quaint surroundings of Russell Place, which is some of the finest period space in the city centre. I wish him all the best for the future.”
