Significant business growth and continuous tech developments at Gigantic has seen the national ticketing company named as a finalist at the Music Week Awards.
For the second year running Gigantic is up for ‘Ticketing Company of the Year’, which recognises the role played by ticketing companies in encouraging the continued strength of the live music industry.
Nottingham based Gigantic has experienced growth within the past 12-months, with 2017 marking its best ever trading year. Ticket sales increased by 38 percent, turnover was up 17 percent, and staffing levels increased by more than 25 percent.
The ethical ticketing company holds the third largest inventory in the UK and works with some of the biggest stadiums and music festivals in the country.
Recent tech developments include the navigate dashboard. The customer review programme has also been highly praised, with more than 30,000 reviews received to date.
