Derby-based Birchover Sales and Lettings has secured a new deal to promote four new developments in Manchester city centre.
Alliance Investments is bringing to market 921 apartments on brownfield sites in Manchester, which will re-energise some of the most historic parts of central Manchester.
Developments include a 28-storey skyscraper, a 368-unit riverside building, 42 duplexes and a Piccadilly-based building with sky gardens.
Birchover Residences’ chain of luxury apartment hotels have been operating for 20 years, consistently topping the charts on Booking.com and Trip Advisor in Derby and Nottingham, with their Bridgford Hall hotel currently having a rating of 97% from over 165 reviews since opening in May 2017.
Birchover’s expertise in managing and promoting apartments has previously led to them being appointed as letting agent to a block of 40 apartments in Darley Abbey, whilst they are also the sole estate agency promoting the Kings Crescent new-build development on Duffield Road in Derby.
Carl Bridge, co-owner of Birchover, said “We are immensely proud to have been selected to promote these amazing apartment developments. It’s a dream to be able to learn from the team at Alliance Investments and transfer some of that knowledge to how we operate closer to home in Derby and Nottingham.”
