Kate Richardson has been appointed as surveyor within the agency team at the Nottingham offices of JLL.
Having worked in the region for four years Kate was keen to join the JLL team for the calibre of projects, acting on some of the East Midlands key commercial property schemes and inward investment opportunities.
The global property company has been involved in some of the cities’ largest investment transactions in the past 12 months including Agora House, The Pod & Park Row. They also recently worked with Imperial Tobacco on disposal of its site.
As Nottinghamshire Chair for RICS Matrics, JLL provides a good fit for Kate, for its forward thinking approach to workplace wellbeing and enabling its people to achieve their ambitions both inside and outside of work.
Kate commented: “RICS Matrics is all about nurturing the younger generation to help shape the future. JLL has a great track record for promoting best practice in the industry and understands the importance of people to its business.
“Being part of a global real estate company also provides the corporate muscle required to access and understand the broader market and I’m looking forward to working with the team to deliver some excellent results for Nottingham and the East Midlands.”
