BHW strengthens commercial property department

Ian Sanders has joined the commercial property department at Grove Park law firm BHW.

Ian has more than 18 years’ experience in the real estate sector, including time at the Leicester offices of both Harvey Ingram (now Shakespeare Martineau) and Nelsons.

He has knowledge and expertise in a range of commercial property work including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, development and secured lending. Ian also has extensive knowledge of public sector and local authority work.
