Dunelm names new CEO

Dunelm, the Leicester headquartered homewares giant has named its new Chief Executive after its former head exited this summer.

Nick Wilkinson is to take the reins at Dunelm from 1st February. Formerly, he was CEO of Evans Cycles and prior to that he worked for Maxeda DIY, a Belgian and Dutch home improvement retailer, and Dixons, the electricals retailer.

Andy Harrison, Chairman of Dunelm, says: “I am delighted with Nick’s appointment. He brings an excellent retail skill-set with multi-channel experience across a number of consumer sectors and geographies.
